This class will help you to connect with your body as it changes and your pregnancy progresses. You will learn to move (and BREATHE) in ways which release tension, improve strength and prepare the body for birth safely. Pregnancy yoga has been proven to reduce anxiety and depression, length of labour and helps back pain during pregnancy.
This class is offered on a donation basis so that all women can practise, regardless of income.
Suitable for 16 weeks and over. Adjustments will be given to accomodate pregnancy related conditions, but please seek the advice of your doctor or midwife before attending if you’re unsure.
