Part 2: Legs, Feet and Tummy
Through baby massage we begin to understand and interpret our baby’s behaviors and cues, strengthening the bond between you and your baby.
Massage can aid circulation and digestion, relieve discomfort, promote regular sleeping patterns and strengthen the bond between parent and child. This is a great opportunity for you to enjoy some quality time with your baby, give your partner the afternoon off and share your experiences with other dads.
Throughout this course you will learn how to massage your baby’s lower body, including their legs, feet and tummy. In the second part of the course (which is a separate purchase), you will learn strokes for the lower body.
Suitable for babies newborn to one year.
Rosie has trained in Baby Massage and Yoga with IAIM and Apple Yoga. As a postnatal yoga instructor she brings her understanding of the body in the fourth trimester to these courses along with armfuls of compassion.
