Immerse yourself in beautiful woodlands, explore embodied yoga and breathwork, and unwind by the fireside
A four-day retreat held in an ancient woodland site near Salisbury.
You will be led through yoga, movement and breathwork practises which focus on embodiment and connecting to the natural world. Enjoy the change of season with open air fires, guided walks and cosy nights in.
The Oak House and Hideaway, where the retreat takes place, have been carefully designed with sustainability in mind. Beautifully constructed with timber from the surrounding woodland, accommodation is simple but pristine.
You’ll be fed three delicious vegetarian meals a day, plus snacks and refreshments.
This retreat will reflect the full range of Rosie’s experience, moving from strong vinyasa flow to slow restorative yoga. Workshops will give you a deeper understanding of your bodies on an embodied and an anatomical level.
When we’re not moving you’ll have plenty of time to relax and enjoy some laid back fun and laughter.
