Ready to start building a strong and grounding practise? Rosie’s classes build strength and mobility, teaching at an open level so everyone can find their place and grace on the mat. After practising yoga for 10 years, Rosie was certified in vinyasa yoga with Frog Lotus Yoga in June 2016. Since then she has undertaken further training in prenatal & postnatal yoga, restorative yoga and baby yoga & massage.

Rosie’s pregnancy yoga classes are a delightful balance of movement, creating space for baby to grow (and for you to breathe!) and connecting to the new life growing inside. My body felt the challenges of the different moves and flows in the class, and my mind connected and calmed with her wise words!
She is a wonderfully knowledgeable and kind yoga teacher. I learned so much about the changes going on in my body and left her classes each week feeling happy, connected and with a smile on my face.

I run the Wellness Programme for my office building, which has a mixed offering of tenants, and we have been fortunate enough to have Rosie as our in-house yoga instructor for three years now. Since beginning here Rosie has managed to help countless tenants deepen their practice, whether they are new to yoga or are further along in their journey. Rosie provides a well-rounded and accessible yoga class, and has helped the class grow to become the best attended part of the overall programme. In addition to being a great instructor, she is an amazing human being, is incredibly reliable, and just a real joy to be around. I couldn’t recommend Rosie more, we all love her!
