Rosie was born and raised in East London. She is interested in ways in which yoga can bring about a deeper and more positive connection to our bodies, each other and the environment. She has trained in Vinyasa, Restorative, Prenatal, Postnatal, Baby Yoga and is currently undertaking an embodied anatomy training.
