
Rosie lives in Machynlleth, Wales, and teaches in Wales, London, and in between. Her teaching explores ways in which yoga can bring about a deeper and more positive connection to our bodies, each other and the environment. She has trained in Vinyasa, Restorative, Prenatal, Postnatal, Baby Yoga and embodied anatomy.
